We offer a variety of ways for the public to provide feedback on the services they use. Using the Patient and Care Opinion websites we ensure that information gathered can assist in informed decision making including commissioning. Read more

Researching areas of public concern
We aim to conduct research into a number of areas over the coming year: ○ Discharge from hospital ○ Student Health ○ Quality and Continuity of GP care ○ Physical health care for people with mental health conditions Read more

Enter and View Visits
Healthwatch has powers to carry out visits to any service which is covered by CQC registration. This will include a programme of visits to residential care settings. Where a visit highlights concerns, these are passed to the appropriate bodies to ensure that changes take place. Read more

We collect, input and update information on hundreds of services on Liverpool City Council's Marketplace. This powers the Livewell Liverpool, Ralfy and Wellbeing Liverpool directories Read more

Information and Signposting
You can call or email us for a 'human version' of the directories for those unable to access them online alongside supported guidance to help people through the complex web of options. Read more

Healthwatch Heroes
You might see our 'Hook-a-Duck' duck pond out and about at events as we find out what children and young people have to say about health services. Tell us who your Health Hero is! Read more
