Mersey Care PALS and Complaints teams to merge
As of 1 October 2018, the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Patient Liaison and Advice Service, Complaints and Customer Services teams are merging and will be known as the PALS and Complaints Team.
The team provides information, advice and support to patients and their families and carers, and addresses all complaints/concerns either via local resolution or formal investigation.
The team actively encourages the public to provide feedback on their experiences that may assist with the continuous improvement of the service provided by the Trust. The team also values positive feedback from patients and families to hear what we are doing right.
