The third Monday in January is often known as 'Blue Monday', or the most depressing day in the year. Join us this Blue Monday for an online focus group about wellbeing - we'd like to hear from people about what they do to boost their own wellbeing and beat the blues!
We've had lots of feedback from local people about how they've managed their wellbeing over the course of the pandemic - from keeping in touch with friends and family, to joining online activities, to getting outdoors, to professional support. We're keen to hear from people in more depth about what helps their wellbeing.
We'll also be joined by some local community groups, to hear about groups and activities available in Liverpool, and Lauren from Transforming Lives Company for a short mindfulness session.
This focus group will take place via Zoom, an online video conferencing app. You can join with a laptop, tablet, smartphone, or you can also dial in on a telephone to join the group.
