Have your say on Liverpool's merged hospital Trusts' values and behaviours

Take a survey and help shape the values and behaviours for staff at Liverpool's newly merged hospital Trust.

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the newly merged Trust comprising the previously existing Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.

By coming together as one, they have identified ways to improve the quality of services and care for patients.

They have also been asking staff across the Trust about what matters to them and have built a draft picture of how they, as the staff, should work together and treat each other.

The next stage is to share their drafts with the people who use and experience our services and hear any feedback you have. Are these the behaviours you expect from staff at Liverpool University Hospitals?

They will take your feedback and analyse it alongside the feedback from staff to create a final set of values and behaviours for the new Trust.
