Join in our online engagement event about the Royal, Aintree and Broadgreen Hospitals

As a way to hear about people’s experiences of using health services within a hospital setting Healthwatch Sefton and Healthwatch Liverpool have organised a joint online engagement event and would like to invite you to take part.

The coronavirus pandemic has meant we haven’t been able to do our usual hospital visits to hear about your experiences. Instead, Healthwatch Liverpool and Healthwatch Sefton are inviting you to a special online engagement event via Zoom on December 10 (11am-12.30pm) as a way of gathering your feedback on using NHS services.

Have you visited the Aintree or Royal Liverpool sites of Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust during the pandemic? Maybe you went to the A&E department, had Covid-19 and needed treatment, or had an outpatient appointment?
If so, we would like to hear about it because your feedback will help the NHS understand what it has been like as a patient and to learn where it is doing well and where it may need to improve.

The joint engagement event will see residents of both Liverpool and Sefton come together in two separate groups of up to 10 people each to share their experiences.
Your feedback will be treated in confidence and will remain anonymous , but it will be vital in helping both Aintree and the Royal Liverpool Hospitals improve health and care services where necessary.

Places are limited so booking is essential.

If you live in Liverpool and are interested in taking part please contact us via emailing engagement@healthwatchliverpool.co.uk or ring 0300 777 7007 to book your place.

Can’t make December 10 but would like to share your feedback? Then share your story anonymously using our short feedback form.
