At Healthwatch Liverpool, we’re here to work with local health and care services to make sure they are working as best they can for the people who use them. In April, we launched our first survey to see what the impact of COVID-19 / Coronavirus was locally. You told us it had a big impact on your mental health and wellbeing, as well as how you’ve been able to access health and social care services locally. You can read the first report from our initial survey and see where we’ve used your feedback here.
Now that health and social care services are looking to return to ‘normal’, we want to hear from you again about your experiences of health and social care during the pandemic. We have used your responses to our first survey to help design this second survey, which asks some more in-depth questions about your experiences. We will use your feedback to continue to feed in to local health and care services, Liverpool City Council, and Liverpool CCG to make sure their continued response to the pandemic takes into account the experiences and needs of local people.
Please note that this survey is here to collect your experiences only. If you require medical help or support, you should contact NHS 111 with COVID-19 related symptoms or contact your GP with other health concerns (check your GP's website for the latest guidance about how to make appointments).
