In November 2022, we visited Grace Lodge, a nursing care home in Walton. We wanted to find out what the service was like for its residents, what they were doing well, and if there were any areas for improvement.
Overall, we felt our visit was positive. Grace Lodge was clean and nicely maintained, and we did not notice any fire or health and safety hazards on the day. Residents seemed calm and relaxed at the time of our visit, and staff seeming caring and kind.
