Our Annual Report 2022-23
This year marked 10 years of Healthwatch Liverpool and an eighth and final year for our Chair Lynn Collins. Our report shares some highlights from the past year as well as some of our biggest achievements from the past decade.
In November 2022 we published a report about the state of NHS dentistry which was mentioned in parliament as well as feeding into a national parliamentary inquiry while having an impact locally. Other reports published this year looked at Long Covid NHS services and access to health care for Trans people in Liverpool.
We continued to be a trusted source of information about health and care services via our information and advice service and the Live Well directory. We also supported people with NHS complaints through our independent complaints advocacy service.
