Help shape Liverpool's Dementia Strategy
Dementia Action Liverpool have been asked by Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group to update their joint Dementia Strategy. They want to find out what is working, what needs to change, where are the gaps in services and to come up with the priorities for the revised strategy.
There are two events taking place which you can attend to help update the strategy – your views are important!
The details of the events are as follows:
Date: Tuesday 3 July 2018 - 10am-1pm (refreshments from 9.45am)
Venue: Bridge Chapel, Heath Road, Garston, Liverpool L19 4XR
Date: Thursday 5 July 2018 - 1.30pm-4pm (refreshements from 1.15pm)
Venue: St Mary's Millennium centre, Meadow Lane, Liverpool L12 5EA
