We are the independent champion for people using local health and social care services in Liverpool. We listen to what people like about services and what could be improved and share these views with those with the power to make change happen. People can also speak to us generally to find information about health and wellbeing services, activities available locally as well as obtaining support when problems arise with services.
Main Focus of Post
To direct and manage service and business operations across the organisation and be responsible for the effective and successful management of all staff including team productivity, resource management, training and development.
To develop and implement processes and practices which enable the smooth running of our activities.
To provide the optimal levels of support, guidance and management on a day-to-day basis to allow our small but diverse and dynamic team to best deliver our activities and services.
35 hours a week
Fixed term until 31 March 2020, reviewed subject to continued funding
Subject to an enhanced DBS and satisfactory references
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
